Ayom are very pleased to announce the arrival of our new and improved website. The project spanned the last 6 months looking at everything from branding to design to user functionality and more. With its conclusion, we are happy to not only share the result but the journey to our new look.
Ageing site
Ayom's previous website had been a stalwart. Launched in 2018 it had served us for over half a decade. At the time it helped us revamp a small brand to help us become a prominent player in UK Debt Recovery.
It was what can be described as a robust site, fulfilling the need to get our message across. After 6 years of use however, the company needed a change. Going into 2024, we were looking at changing the model of the business. The model would require a huge shakeup in our processes including online.
As a result, our digital team were tasked with the design and creation of a whole new site. It was a big undertaking but well worth the result.
The design process
While our team had ideas in mind for the website and branding, we sought assistance from seasoned web design agency Complete Online. Their portfolio included nationally recognised companies including Bodycare, Farmhouse Biscuits and football programme company Eleven Sports Media.
The process started not with the website but with the Ayom brand. With our new direction, management wanted to give Ayom a new look to restart our journey. As such a logo and colour scheme revamp was conducted to give us a new look to head into our new future as Ayom launches the new website.
The new logo also had a new colour scheme, font and style to showcase our direction. Over the last 5+ years, Ayom has looked to assist more SMEs and business clients. This is due to our in-house expertise and track record of success. We looked to visualize this change with an elegant, professional theme to the logo.
Once the logo was refreshed, the work on the website began. With the change in business model, a new look an aura was needed. Our philosophy is "Debt recovery, simplified". We wanted this reflected on the website with a streamlined site, a simple message and an open, transparent user experience.
This is something we wanted to convey across our entire online presence. That included our website, paid search channels and our client portal. The result is an easy to navigate, professional website where you can find any information you require about our service within seconds. It also allows you to access and use our new industry leading client portal. Both the website and portal provide a transparent and simple journey to signing up and tracking your cases to conclusion.
